What is the return policy?
You can return non-faulty items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@bfordcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after the return is received and inspected. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 90 days and qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
Is it tarnish resistant?
Yes, all our jewllery is solid stainless steel which makes it extremely resistant to tarnishing.
How fast is postage?
Your order will be sent within 24 hours and then sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage or another courier of your choice.
Can I wear it in the water?
Yeah absolutely, because our products are solid stainless steel they have no coating or copper so the colour does not chance and it does not make your wrist green.
How much does shipping cost?
All standard shipping is free and fast.
