What is the return policy?

You can return non-faulty items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@bfordcompany.info with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 working days after the return is received and inspected.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery (photos help). Most items are also covered by our 12-month manufacturing fault warranty.

Yes, all our jewllery is solid stainless steel which makes it extremely resistant to tarnishing.
